Anonymous asked: Star jumps, what's good about them? I just did a minutes worth and I feel out of breath and dizzy already, so I just wanted to know if they're good or not.
I think they’re great but take things slowly. If you’re not used to doing them, start by doing a few everyday and increase the number when you feel ready. However, if you feel out of breath and dizzy again, talk to your doctor.
